How to remove the New Topic

How do you remove the New Topic so I just show my Category only?

You need to give more information.

Some application types (e.g. Category) do not show a "New Topic" by default. Others do and then it is a lot more complicated to remove.

Also are you aware that the options that show can vary depending on the User Permissions you have set. It can be a good idea to create two users for your own forum, one to use as your administrator and the other that you can add and remove groups from so you can test how various forum features will appear to others.

Often it is a good idea to post the URL of your forum as then others can better assess what you see and what you are trying to do.

I want to remove the New Topic tab out and leave the Sub-Forum Tab only

I see you are using the "Forum" app and have changed its appearance to show Page layout as "Narrow" and Forum Format as "Topics".

But you do not say whether you tried changing the application type to either "Category" or "Board". Either of these will achieve removal of the "New Topic" link (though with other minor changes to its appearance). Choosing one of those two applications is by far the easiest way to get what you want. (In those apps you might want to return "Narrow" and "Topics" to their default settings.)
