How to post a new question in Old Nabble?

I am revisiting Nabble after couple of years, hence this question.

Can anyone tell me how to post a new question on Eclipse Equinox in Nabble, During 2009 I used to post questions, I used to get a "New post" link on the home page, but now I am not finding any such link.
