How to create sub-forums?

I know this sounds stupid i checked everywhere for it though can someone tell me? I couldnt find anything in options menu.

This should be available in "Options > Structure > Create new sub-forum". Do you see this option? If not, please click on "Options > Users > Manage users & groups" and make sure your email is listed in the administrators group. If you still have issues after that, please post the link to your forum and I will take a look.
