How can we add our own folder icon to forum.

I don't believe you can at the moment, unless you pay for Premium Support.

Possibly you will be able to once NAML comes out of "alpha" mode, as I see that the images are stored in a folder dedicated to one's own site so, in theory, they must be changeable on an individual forum basis.

OK how about removing the folder icon? I have seen some forums with no icon.

That may be Premium Support too. I can't see an easy way to avoid showing it, even using CSS, as the only way I could see to kill the folder image would also kill the avatar and starred topic images.
