How do I delete people from my forum?

How do I delete people from my forum?  I cannot see 'delete account', cannot get to adminstration of the forum.
I need to take two people off the forum.

I also want to change the password to get to the forum but that might be the webhosting.  If not please advise.

Found how to change password to forum on the webhosting.

Just need to know how to get to page where I can delete people from the forum.

OK so I figure it out.  Login here rather than there as in website.  (No admin controls on website.)  All was revealed.
