Login to your forum using the address you used when creating the forum, then go to:

Options > Structure > Create sub-forum

Once the sub-forum is created you can change from the default app to one of your choosing from:

Options > Application > Change application
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.
