How can i change font colur of members

I want to change the font of my members can i do it.
What i really mean is can i change the font color so then you can now if that person is in a team or not. So if a person is in at team he would be orange if not normal.

Which font color do you want to change? The font color of their texts or of their profile/avatar names?
