How can I delete my posts in forums?

How can I delete all my posts which I can see in Google when I looking for my name?
I have deleted it in the following forum: [e-mail]
But they still stay in the following forums:

http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.windows.dotnet.nhibernate.fluentnhibernate/42
and so on

The two archives on the links you post are not controlled by Nabble and you need to refer to the managers of those sites for guidance on how to remove them from their archives.

Thank you. I haven't found information about the manager of this pages.
It is a little problematic to contact them and get an effect.
