How To Merge

I own a forum called (x) , and im an admin at another forum. (y)
What i plan to do is merge part of forum (x) with forum (y)
but also have that 'merged' part of forum(x) appear on both forums.

how can i do this?

or if its not possible could i merge the search engines on both forums

Topics can only have one parent. So you must decide which forum should be the parent: x or y. There is no way to show the same topic in both x and y forums, unless one is a sub-forum of the other (threads from sub-forums are visible in the topics view of the parent forum).

We don't have an easy way to do this. You may use Google Custom Search and add the domain of your two forums to the search, but you cannot add the search form to your forum yet because we don't let users add javascript to Nabble (this will change soon when we release the templates feature).

We will try to make it available in three months, but this is not a promise. We really want to get this feature out, but we always have other high priority issues to solve. So let's see if we can achieve this goal in three months.

I know how to merge forum parts and pieces. What I'd like to know, though, is whether or not you can merge accounts. A friend of mine started posting under a new account, but has recently decided he wants to merge the two accounts to raise his post count. Is there any way you can help here?
