Help with ssl https

Pedro
Hello. I have a instance of nabble running on a lightsail server. I'm trying to use letsencrypt to enable https protocol. I used certbot and generated the certificate and the keyfile. Now, what should I do?

thank you

Israel - Can you help Pedro?  We have Franklin's blessing to run the Nabble code elsewhere, but need to know the steps to implement https.  Then we can be off the Nabble servers.
I'm not Nabble support, but have Nabble running on my Weebly website: http://www.garysgaragemahal.com/

Nabble not using lightsail server.
To make https you need nginx

Lightsail is the host server, but for launching the application the server is Jetty, right?
So, I suppose I have to link my certificate with jetty. How would I do it?
Am I saying something wrong?

best regards

I have no information how to make HTTPS with jetty.
Just install nginx and configure it to work with letsencrypt and jetty

I followed this tutorial https://hg.luan.ws/nabble/rev/f770c4076954

It is working, but the forums are still "http" not "https". Is it something that I should set up in Nabble's source code ?

enabling https is out of scope of nabble.
it requires another type of software - nginx

It's well documented and works with jetty and letsencrypt
