Help With Other Groups and Prefixes!

Hello There!

I need big, big help! I have added a group named Moderator to my forum. Unlike administrator when the moderator (Who we'll call pete) posts I want it to say                         Pete
                                                                                            Moderator


Life it does for administrators. Anyway this can happen? Also when someone posts into the forum they can see their own signature but others cannot see it. Please help me out!
