HOW TO MAKE MY FORUM PRIVATE?????????

I am teaching a poetry workshop, and I need to know how to make my nabble forum private..........I have my nabble on my blog, and can make my blog private........but people who are smart enough to save the poetry forum link itself could easily access the forum.......without being registered and without my permission.........

I know there must be a way to make it private and only allow my students who have registered in the forum.
