HELP! How Do I Embed Videos That Use iFrame?

How do I embed videos that use the "iFrame" tags? Like the Youtube video tag below, I tried using these tags <nabble_embed></nabble_embed> and they didnt help at all... Please test what ever answer you provide to make sure it works before telling it to me, thanks...

It's not from the three supported sites:

" Currently Nabble supports:

    Videos from Youtube, Vimeo and LiveLeak."

You can write the message selecting "Message is in HTML Format", the video should work.
