...to members of our forum. Is this possible? How would I go about this as the Admin of our website.

No problem. I am relatively new to Nabble so forgive me if this has already been covered. With other forums I have used it has been possible to send a message to all members of that forum by sending an email to them from the forum database.

Is this possible so i can send club broadcasts when updates are done or events announced please?

We don't have a specific page for this purpose (but we may add one in the near future). Remember that posts are sent to all subscribers of your forum. So maybe creating a new topic might be enough for you. You can check how many subscribers you have by clicking on Options > Users > Manage subscribers. You may also pin the topic to catch more attention.
