GIFs on profile pictures

I've tried a few times with different animated images (GIFs) and can't seem to make them work... Any help/suggestions?

Where were you trying to add those gifs? could you show an example?

We'll need confirmation from one of the Nabble team but I suspect that Nabble's process for importing and cropping profile images will ignore the additional images within a GIF that allow animation.

In other words, I suspect that animated GIFs are not allowed for profile images.
