Forum installed on several sites, can permalink be adjusted?

So, the Redirect URL on my forum is set to :
Redirect them to: http://preview.myhomecareblog.com/caregiver-support-group/.

So, the permalink to a certain topic is:
http://caregiver-forum.973090.n3.nabble.com/Caregiver-Cruise-Entries-tp2773062p2773062.html

BUT, I want to be able to tell it to go to that topic on the forum on specific sites.  Sometimes it might be on http://sanantonio.myhomecareblog.com, Sometimes http://batonrouge....you get the idea.

Sending a visitor to the main page of the forum on a particular site is easy.  It's sending them to a specific topic that I can't figure out.  Is there a way to do this?

No, there is no way to do that. You can only have one redirect option per embedded forum.
