Forum "Online Users" Not Dropping Off; Unable to Post Email Messages

On the "Micromem" private forum, the list of "Online Users" has not decreased as members quit their session.   Now at 12:40AM Eastern time, there are still 51 Users listed as "online".

A second problem was encountered: Using the same procedures that were successful many times before, three email messages were sent to the forum and all failed to be posted.  Two of the emails were sent around 5:30 PM and the third email was sent while this was being typed.
