Error 500 when typing in text and then on requesting access

Hi,
to download files i needed to send a request (http://www.seleniumtests.com/p/testing-forum.html#nabble+template%2FNamlServlet.jtp%3Fmacro%3Dunauthorized%26node%3D4880804). On entering text and hitting submit request , an error 500 is displayed.

Are you logged in that site when you try to send the request? What is your user name on that site?
