I get this error sometimes too, so I'd like to know the reason behind it. I usually go back which doesn't always help, or re-write the message again.

This should be fixed now. Please let me know if the problem still happens for you.

It's still happening for me.
|
Nabble, is there any fix for this? Our forum has been down for days.
|
Your forum was not down. The problem was that you were trying to open it through the old URL. We fixed the problem, but you should update your bookmark now because we will stop supporting the old URL at some point. So open the forum again and copy the new URL at the top in order to update your bookmark.

We fixed the bug, but you should update your bookmarks. We will stop supporting the old URL at some point in the future. So please open your forum now and copy the new URL (it will redirect to the new URL) in order to update your bookmark.

What new URL? How did my URL get changed, and how do I find out the new one?
|
Open your forum and look at the address bar of your browser. You will see that the URL redirects to a new address, which is different from the one you initially entered. If you don't see the change, please post here the URL of your forum and I will explain it to you.
|
Thanks Hugo - whatever you did, made the new URL show up.

Hi I am a member of the Whatisfatmagul's forum. We have a problem with 3 threads. All of them keep giving the same error message. The threads are all in the General section of our forum. They were opened at different times. One reached the 55 page, the second and third one were on the 9th and 2nd page. No one is being able to post in them. to my knowledge there have been no changes made. I know nothing about computers so sorry if I'm giving too much unnecessary information. Please tell me what's happening?
