Hi,
I embedded the forum on my website by the following steps: Options > Embedding Options > Copying the code and pasting it in the HTML page. (I am using WordPress). But after viewing the website page, I can see a link to the forum and not actual forum. (Image attached) Any pointers to what went wrong and how it can be corrected. Here is my code: <a id="nabblelink" href="http://the-writer.1058387.n5.nabble.com/">The Writer</a> <script src="http://the-writer.1058387.n5.nabble.com/embed/f4611209"></script> Thanks Abhijeet |
I could be wrong, but I recollect that Wordpress is one of those blog services that does not permit embedded code in certain of their products. Are you using Wordpress in its hosted form, and do you have their free or premium service, or have you installed the Wordpress package at your own host?

Hi Pedro,
I think it's included in his embedding code: http://the-writer.1058387.n5.nabble.com/

Hi Pedro, The link is: https://stcpune.wordpress.com/ I did some testing and found out that the code is NOT working because the URL is stcpune.wordpress.com. Had it been stcpune.com the code could have
worked. I tested this code on another website where wordpress is hosted on a service provider's space; therefore the code works. Let me know if my inference is correct? As I have proved that I don't read your messages properly you can probably ignore this, but I think you are confirming what I wrote originally... rephrased... If you have downloaded the software from wordpress.org and installed it at your host: no problem with Nabble's embedding code. If you are using the basic service from wordpress.com: you can't run external scripts, hence you can't use Nabble's embedding code. You need to buy one of the Premium service upgrades. (Don't ask me which one! I have never explored WordPress.)
