Embedding nabble forum into blogspot

I followed the instructions here: http://www.techknowl.com/embed-add-forum-in-blogger-blogs-widget.html 
I can't make the embed script work. I can create a page and use the web address and when the user clicks on the forum page tab it will take them to the forum, but my understanding was that I should be able to have them click on the forum tab and not open a new page but stay on my blog site. Am I mistaken?

I just figured out my problem myself. When I was creating the page in blogspot I had it on compose instead of HTML.
When I pasted the script into the page in HTML mode all is good. :)
