Embedable Message board

I am creating a webpage for internal use. I wish to embed a message board in below every topic. If you open any news on rediff.com, it will give you an idea of what kind of board i am looking for. Also, everyone should have right to post / reply to comment without login.

Incidentally, off-topic from Nabble: at <http://www.rediff.com/> when I skipped the intro (to suppress the audio) the skip did not occur; I continued to watch as pieces of the site fell away.
