ERROR ERROR The validation code did not match the picture

I'm a new user to nabble, i just created a forum with this platform, but i found out that nobody can register nor reply, it keeps bringing out an error message "The validation code did not match the picture" even when the right validation code was typed in .  Cant seem to work, thank you.
