If the email is sent by Nabble, you should see a footer with some Nabble information and a link to unsubscribe. If you can't find that link, then you are probably subscribed to the mailing list server, which is hosted elsewhere. If this is the case, then you should look for unsubscription instructions on the mailing list website.
