Double E-Mails

Hi,
Every time theres a new post. The E-Mails sent are doubled up. What can I do ?

I've not tested to see if this would produce double e-mails but are you double-subscribed? i.e. Did you subscribe to the forum and then click the "Alert me by email when someone posts to this thread" box when posting a reply?
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!
Once the admin for GregHelp now deleted.
