Doesn't let me log in after registration - twice & html code for forum?

Hi,

after completing my registration and setting up my forum, I cannot now log in.  I am using the correct email address and password but it does not recognise me.  I tried to use the "forgot password" facility but it says there is no user registered with this email address!

I also cannot find the "options" bit to get the html code for my forum to use it in my website, please can you help.

This is mad.  I created a blog using my sign in details and it created the blog, the blog screen came up and it says at the top "log in" but I should be logged in - I thought this would let me log in to the forum as well, but clearly not!  And I tried logging in and it still says I am not recogonised/registered!

I mean, I registered twice and both times had the confirmation email with the link to activate the registration which I clicked both times and it doesn't let me log in.

Also, why does the site treat each separate thing, such as the blog, the forum and the support section as a separate account that you have to re login to each time when you are already logged in?

This is the most frustrating and un-user-friendly website I have ever come across.  It sounded so great but it doesn't work!
