Despite posting, forum and account deleted

Despite posting a message, not only was the forum replaced by another, but my entire account was deleted (I was using my email address as my user name in my old account). Can I get it back?

OK. I found my old forum @ http://old.nabble.com/user/UserPosts.jtp?user=1092933. It looks like someone embedded their forum into my frame! I'll try to resolve this, but I'd welcome some tips.

Never mind. I figured it out. I just had to replace www.nabble.com with old.nabble.com in the embedding code.
