Description in the title of the subforum.

Silvana
Hello, how are you? I would like to put a few words of description under the title of each subforum, if possible in smaller fonts. Can I do this? And how? Thanks for the replies and good day.
I'm Italian. Excuse me if I'll make mistakes writing my posts. Ciao

It depends what you mean...

Are you talking about on the top of the page of the sub-forum in question. If so, go to:

Options > Application > Edit name & description

and complete the Description field.

If you are talking about a description under the the sub-forum name on the main forum page, then first you need to add a description to each sub-forum, as above, then change the application type for the main forum to "Category"

Options > Application > Change application type > Category

Ciao Greg, I'm not sure I understand. What I want to do, is the second thing you wrote, but by changing what you say, my always remains a forum? I would not change things while users use it, I would, first, try. Do you think I could create a new application with Nabble just to try this setting "Categories" and then cancel it? Grazie

You only have to change the application for a few seconds. If you don't like what you see, change it back again.

Unless you have many hundreds of users online at the time you made the change it will be highly unlikely that anyone will call for the page in the few seconds while it was different.
