Hi,
I have very little programming knowledge and need help in customizing the URL of my forum. I have embedded my forum on a new page in my blog ( hosted by blogger) However when I share post from the forum on my blog it still shows the defualt nabble URL for m forum. I want to customized the URL of the embedded forum on my blog to show the blog address i.e www.hersides.com/forum/posttopicsNNNNN Can anyone explain how I can do this so the entry point/URL for my forum becomes the URL for the forum on my blog? Thanks |
You can't do exactly what you ask, but you can get close. Go to: Options > Embedding options and select the option: (•) Redirect them to: http://www.hersides.com/p/forum_7.html Now any link to your Nabble forum will get redirected to and appear within your blog. Any Nabble permalink will still appear as a Nabble address, but when clicked or entered into a browser address bar will resolve to http://www.hersides.com/p/forum_7.html
