Custom title and meta tags

Now you can edit the title and meta tags (description and keywords) of your apps and topics. This will help you optimize your pages to search engines (e.g., Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) and improve their rank in search results. For apps, you can click on "Options > Application > Change title and meta tags" and, for topics, "Options > Change title and meta tags". Nabble currently generates those values based on the contents of the page, but you can adjust them the way you want.
