You need to send your message to the admin team at the domain holders.

They should have the information required in the email they had when setting up the custom domain.

The domain holders are Nabble, I believe.

In fact you have to contact the domain holders of orangeoapprenticeships.co.uk to change it. There is a CNAME record on their DNS management table they need to remove.
