Credits Are Purchased But Have Not Appeared

Greetings,

I recently purchased credits for my forums but the credits have not yet appeared and the forum is still showing ads.  I actually purchased credits twice, once on April 4th and once again on April 10th. In both cases I went with the 10,000 credits option.  My forums have not seen anywhere near 20,000 hits, so I know they have not been used.  My account at Amazon Payments states both payments have cleared.  

I imagine this is likely something I have done wrong, but I cannot figure out what that might be.  Any assistance would be helpful. I am able to provide any information you might need via email as well.  Just let me know what you need and where I can send it.
