Captcha Issues

EnigmaStudios
Hi all,
Recently found out about this website and created a forum of my own which I have embedded into my site. There is a annoying issue I would like to report which is stopping me from operating my forum. The issue exists in the registration process for new users registering on the mobile site. The issue is that for some users the Captcha photo doesn't load in when they register, instead it remains blank and thus they are not able to enter the captcha and register. This issue only seems to exist with mobile users using the mobile site regardless of browser. Another issue is the captcha and the photo not matching together. Some users have reported trying to register multiple times and despite entering the correct captcha as indicated by the photo, it still detects it as incorrect. Changing the captcha photo doesn't have any effect. One again this issue only seems to be with mobile users using the mobile site. Im not sure if this is a issue with the way my site is setup or the settings with the forum or if its a technical issue with the free forum system.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

It will help Nabble fix the issue if you could report the forum where this happens and whether it affects only users using certain operating systems and browsers.
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!

Re: Captcha Issues

I am having a similar issue when users view the registration page from within Facebook. The Captcha characters are being displayed, however even after 10 tries entering the correct characters the users complained they could not register. When the users registered using a standard web browser like Chrome or Internet Explorer, or Safari on the iPhone the issue does not occur.

Are there any fixes for this issue?
