I see the site was created at wix.com. You might want to do a search on this forum for "wix.com". There are an unending set of posts telling of problems with that host.
Unfortunately, it always seems to be the case that those who use web-based site creation software frequently have problems. It seems to be the nature of such services. They attract customers with a "no coding needed" slogan and then in smaller near invisible faint print at the bottom of the home page say something like "has everything you need to build a fully-personalized, high-quality free website" which, cutting through the puff, means "Our software struggles to work with anything else". The trouble is such sites generate such diabolical code that it's hardly surprising that it breaks when you try to add external features.
There may be a solution to this one, but I'm not expert enough to help. Hopefully, one of the Nabble Team will be along with some ideas.
