Cannot change to custome domain!

Hello Support,

Can you take a look at this problem? I have difficult changing my photo gallery (http://crepes-island.965354.n3.nabble.com) to customer domain. It keeps redirecting to http://www.nabble.com instead of http://community.crepesisland.com

In addition, I forgot to mention, the error message shown is

Your domain name currently resolves to an IP address that doesn't belong to Nabble. Please follow the instructions (see link below) in order to update your DNS. If you have just updated your DNS, please wait 24 hours for the changes to take affect.

I did change the CNAME at the domain registrar.

I'm having the exact same problem.  I'm pointing my entire site (www.jeremylinsuperfan.com) to n6.nabble.com.
However, all I get is the www.nabble.com homepage.  Any ideas?

Silly question: What did you enter in the STEP 2 field of the CHANGE DOMAIN NAME screen?

Hi,
you have to point www.jeremylinsuperfan.com (your site) to jeremylinsuperfan-com.13297.n6.nabble.com (your app) , or embbed your app into your site.
