Cannot buy any credits!?

Hi there, I am trying to remove the ads on my forum but am getting this:

I have tried twice, two different cards, once on Chrome, once using Firefox - both cards are OK to use but neither seem to work - why is this please?  Am going in through main forum not an embedded version?

We have now had two payments taken from the card but still getting "Trial period ends in 7 day(s) – Remove Ads" at the bottom and when I click this it says our credit balance is nil?

We got two transactions of 100,000 credits each. Now you have 200,000 credits.
Do you want to cancel any of them?
