Can't upload avatar: Odd Error message

Hi Folks,

Having difficulty uploading my usual avatars that I use for forums. I get this message:

"The with and height must be more than 100 pixels."

What should I do?
Most grateful for help.

You are probably trying to upload an image that is too small. The image must have at least 100px of width and height.

Thank you very much for your reply Support. Oddly I was able to upload one of the same size with the opportunity to crop it. Sad I can't have my own avatar which works in other forums.

Maybe you can upload the image here in your message reply and I will take a look (just to confirm that the image is too small). But this is up to you.
