Can't seem to create a forum

Hi,
I have tried several times over the past month or so to create a free Nabble forum, but each time I try (fill out all of the fields; click Create Forum), it sends me to a blank page with this URL:
http://s1.nabble.com/more/ForumStart$Save.jtp

Is the Forums feature no longer available? I've tried it with both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
