Can't get rid of Topic -

Hi -
On my site -  http://loa-computer-help-plus.2634207.n2.nabble.com/

I want to get rid of the Topic "Form Practice and Siggies" - and all replies in there...

I want to change it to "LOA Polls" -

I log in and use the options "Delete this Topic" - but nothing changes?

Any help here?
