Can't Edit my Forum/Application

Even when logged in as an administrator, when i go to "Options", there are no longer any options to edit the Forum such as changing appearance. This happened while I was altering the colors. I am defintely logged into the administrator account but it doesn't seem to be recognizing that I am.
