Can not poll features on my pages

I am really having it hard here and i need help.

Have you set the option under: Option > Applications > Extras & Add-ons > Voting and Survey?
Are you logged on as Administrator?
Have you changed the default permissions for "Create_poll"

Give a step by step report of what you do to create a poll, what happens at each step and what you expect to happen if this differs.
