I help run a support group for families living with life threatening allergies. The forum is private. Therefore potential members have to request access. Is there a way to change the type of information we are requesting from the potential member? For example when they get to the part where they have to "Explain to admin why they want access to the forum". Can that be adjusted to request specific things (like full name, email etc)? I strive to keep my member's information private and their posts on the forum private. Many talk about family and hard times. I have to screen all potential members.
Or could I at least add a link to a form they have to fill out before access is granted?
