Can I send out an email to all users registered on my Forum?

andy
Hi i was wondering since all the people who register give the server their email, is there a way I can send them all a email like newsletter subscription does?

This depends what application you have set up. Assuming it is a forum, then No!

By their nature forum software leaves it to the user to make the decision on whether they want to receive email. They need to "subscribe" to get an email copy of each post made. The best you can do is send "private mails" on a one by one basis.

However, if you have set up a mail list, then, by its nature, anything you post will be sent to all subscribers.

Actually there is one sneaky way if your users don't mind. As an admin you can go to Users > Manage users and groups. Then you can go to the Authenticated group and copy and paste the read only list to your TO box for your email. VIOLA! Instant newsletter... lol.
