Can I invite subscribers?

Hi, I use my blog as a teaching tool. The Nabble forum is parrt of it and I would like to invite students by providing them with a code or number, similar to the way Moodle works. Is that possible?

You need to describe how Moodle works and the purpose of the "code or number" in that system.

In Nabble you can set things so that only specified email addresses may access your forum by preventing those in the "Anyone" and "Registered" groups from viewing the forum and adding just those email addresses you want to the "Members" group. When invited people register they get access by virtue of being already members..
