Can I change aspects of my Nabble forum?

ES Admin
Hi,

Is it possible to:

1. Remove the 'Post New Topic' feature at the beginning of the forum.
I ask this as I do not want people to be able to post new topics at this stage - I simply want a list of sub-forums.

2. To change the font-size and font colour of links on the forum.  At the moment they are a 'vivid blue' and fairly large size.

3. Can I change the font-size for the forum title.  At the moment it is too big.

One other point...  Isn't a 'registered user' also a 'member' by default (as in, a member of the forum), in which case, why are there both 'registered user' and 'member' options showing for who can and cannot create new topics; reply to new topics, etc.

You should click on "Options > Change application type" and select "Category".

Here you can find more details:

You can also use CSS to change this. Example:
#forum-title { color:blue; }

No. Nabble registration is different from membership. On the "Who can view & post?" page there is a "Need Help?" link that explains this.

Many thanks, Problem is I haven't got 'Change application type' under Options... There is only 'Subscribe by email' and 'Post by email' and 'Structure>Create new category'. The link you give http://n2.nabble.com/help/Answer.jtp?id=39 is exactly what I need ;) but I don't seem to be able to access this from the forum.

OK, many thanks for your help once again. The link to my site is http://www.weebly.com/weebly/main.php Then click the link 'Classified-Ads Forum'. At the moment this is a Weebly URL as I'm creating a site throught them, and the Nabble forum is one of the options they give...

That link is a generic weebly link that won't let me open your forum. Please copy the Nabble URL of your forum and paste it here. All forum pages have the link I want (look at the upper left corner of the forum).
