How does one file a complaint against a forum.  The New All Counties Chatter is nothing but a mean and nasty vindictive cite that uses my names and the names of my family and friends constantly in their pornographic and disgusting posts.  They think they are allowed to get away with all of these very libel posts because they use avatars of sock puppets.  Can someone please close this site down.  Please.
