Bug in user permissions Register check box list is missing

As title says the register check box list under 'change permissions' is completely missing.

I need the register list back. I want to hide the admin only area from  all members except admins.

If I understand correctly, the Registered column has been deleted?  If so, this has completely broken my joining process.  I'm dead in the water.  Please restore the Registered column.

can't fix problem on my end 'cause host / nabble has control over that section.

There was some new update, and all forums  new, and old are affected. Creating a new forum doesn't work for fixing the problem. My forum is on the nabble host

I hate the new update in the permissions. Host having the register control only on their end isn't going to work.

I can't view the sub-forums in the admin room now. I'm going to take out the  topic view button, so that isn't going to work.
