[Bug] File Attachment Should Use Full URL, Not Relative URL

Nabble attachment links don't work in Gmail (and maybe other webmail clients) because the attachment URLs are relative URLs. This forces the user to open the web page form of each message in order to download an attachment, rather than click the link directly in the email.

Nabble: could you please make each attachment URL the full URL, including subdomain?

I can't confirm this bug.

I have just attached a file via the MORE > UPLOAD A FILE option on my test forum on the n3 server. The message produces a full URL within my Gmail account, both in the web mail interface and when collected via POP.

Can you provide any more details?
Volunteer Helper - but recommending that users move off the platform!

Have you tried creating the email in a third-party client (e.g., Gmail) and attaching a file there?

This is a real bug, thanks for reporting it.
This will be fixed after the next release.
