Bug? Banning users

I just noticed I can ban users in forums I don't own. Or, does that ban them from only 'my' forums despite the fact that the link is in one I don't own?

It's a feature, not a bug.

Any user can ban any user. If you ban a user, it just means you don't allow this user to post under any forum or post or thread that you own.

Are all of Nabble's features being documented somehow? It would be nice to read about them in the help (or at least have advanced documentation for download).
