Blog - Site Not Found

So I have been working on creating a Blog "13 Foods" everything was ok tell I started to mess with the People section, and changed admins and deleted my account which was used to create the Blog. Now every link that I try to click returns "Site Not Found"
I do have access to the other admin account, but it all still returns "Site Not Found"

Can I fix this?
Or should I just start another Blog, no postings had been made?

Also can you limit the users that are shown in the People area?

Possibly, but it sounds as if you may not only have deleted the original administrator account but deleted the  blog as well - especially if the pages displayed shows a 404 error.

If all you had done was explore customisations and not put any real content there, that would probably be the more straight-forward solution.

Also can you limit the users that are shown in the People area?

Yes! Go to:

Options > User > Change permissions

On the "Show_group_members" row, clear the mark from all the user groups you do not want displayed, then save the changes.

Note: On the main blog page the "People" heading always shows a link to "All users" but that heading disappears if you remove the mark from all user groups.
